TFS installation issue

I've been working on the installation of TFS 2010 for a couple of months now. I am having a hard time configuring the settings for IIS7 to enable the TFS related sites to work.

So far here is my progress:
1. Rebuilt my virtual machines from scratch, i have to VM's one for APP Tier and one for Reporting Services
2. Installed SSAS and SSRS in both VM's respectively.
3. Installed TFS 2010.
4. Installed TFS 2010 SP1.
5. Configured TFS 2010 thru the admin console.
    a. Database - check. Created TFS_configuration in database.
    b. Reporting - fail due to misalignment of reporting services to report database
        Solution: Reinstalled SSRS.
    c. Sharepoint - check. Created Sharepoint databases.
    d. Everything went fine. Successful install without reporting services.
6. Ran IIS7 but realized that Sharepoint Central Admin and Team Foundation Server sites are not responding due to an error with "override=Deny". I still have to look into this issue and figure it out. (Any ideas are welcome.)

Actions to take:
1. Take snapshot of current VM.
2. Clean database, remove all unnecessary databases.
3. Uninstall and reinstall TFS2010.
4. Try installing TFS admin console with Sharepoint + Reporting Services + Database.
5. Review permissions set for IIS 7.
