Wicked Oreo - how to make one

Looking for something to do this rainy season? Why not try to whip up something awesome in your kitchen. Very kid friendly and yummy for the sweet tooth. 

Famous dessert. Very flexible. Easily customizable to what you want. You can easily make a bunch in 15 mins. One WO[Wicked Oreo] will take about 1-2 mins to make. 

Basic Ingredients: 

  • Pancake Mix
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 cups Milk
  • Oil
  • Oreo/Cookie
  • Ice Cream
  • Confectionery Sugar

Cooking Ware: Frying Pot enough to contain 2-3 inches of oil.

I. Freeze the cookies [oreo or cream o] at the freezer for at least 4 hours. To ensure that it stays intact during frying.

II.  Make the pancake batter according to the box instructions. Usually it is mixing one egg + oil + water + mix + milk [if you want it creamier].

 III. Dip the oreo in the pancake batter. Ensure that it is well covered.

 IV. Place the oreo in the pot with [2-3 inch] oil. You will see that the cookie will go down at first and float. Check that the oreo is well covered with batter and that it does not stick with one another. Wait 1-2 minutes until its golden brown and its ready to be drained.

 V. Remove excess oil. Place in drainer for 5 seconds.
Place the cooked oreo in the drainer
 VI. Cooked Oreos. Plate them and decorate. You can put ice cream or confectionery sugar. Both works great. 
TADA! Cooked
 VII. Select your favorite ice cream as a topper.

 VIII. Finished Product. Consume immediately while its hot so that the ice cream complements it well with its coolness.
